Yufuin Ryokan: Boasting the finest cuisine
Yufuin-cho is called the “Karuizawa” of Kyushu, and Yufuin Ryokan takes pride in its cuisine, serving delicacies made from local ingredients.
Yufuin Ryokan first opened as the Japanese-style hotel “Hi-no Deya” with a direct source to the famous Oita Hot Spring, and began business under the current name of “Yufuin” in 1966 when the main building was constructed.
One of the highly unique Japanese-style hotels at Yufuin Hot Spring, Yufuin Ryokan is located high up on the southern side of the Yufuin Basin with magnificent panoramic views of both Mt. Shuho Yufu and the Yufuin Basin. Here, Muso-en operates its large-scale open-air bath with great pride.
